Mental fitness training, one to one

Two ways to work on this.

Whether you want a structured training programme or space to work through something specific, you train the same four mental muscles. Pick whichever fits where you're at, or if you're not sure, answer three quick questions and I'll point you in the right direction.

Mental Flow Training

Mental fitness training

Might suit you if

You’d like to build mental fitness in a structured way, with a clear programme and a rhythm to work to. You’d rather build skills that work in any situation than focus on one issue.

Six weekly sessions

One to one with me. Each builds core traits such as curiosity, compassion, clarity, creativity and courage, using guided practices and reflection.

Short daily practices

Small exercises that keep it going between sessions, so you’re never left to get on with it alone.

What you leave with

Habits that help you meet whatever life brings with more calm, focus and confidence, long after the programme ends.

Work through it together

Might suit you if

You want a private space to think things through, with someone who’s fully focused on you. It might be a big decision, a situation at work or at home that’s weighing on you, a conversation you keep putting off, or a quieter sense that something needs to change.

How it works

We start with a free discovery call, a relaxed conversation, a bit like a mental fitness audit, to see whether we’re a good fit. If we are, we co-create a plan and commitment that suits you. Each session is shaped around you and moves at your pace, so we can go as deep as the moment needs.

You leave with

  • Clarity on what matters to you
  • Practices for steadying yourself
  • The courage to act on it
Change:Maker Collective

Want ongoing community? The Change:Maker Collective is a space to support, celebrate and hold each other accountable in the work you do.

What people say

"I started working with Sol when I was completely stuck in my head about some big life decisions. I had too many options, kept going round in circles, and couldn't decide. Sol doesn't try to fix anything or tell me what to do. He listens and gives me space to talk things through, without any judgement. He gave me permission to take up space, which was huge for me. I'd always worried about saying the wrong thing or talking too much. He actively encouraged me to take whatever space I needed. Having that kind of space helped me reconnect with what I actually wanted, rather than what I thought I "should" do. I stopped obsessing over making the perfect choice and take steps forward, which helped me get onto the path I'm on now. He doesn't pretend to have it all sorted himself, and there's no pressure to perform. You can show up as you are, be heard, and leave feeling clearer and lighter."

Jay Lucas

"Just to say a big thank you to you. I am really finding so much value in the sessions, even just recognising how much of an impact some of the habits I am working on has made such a difference and I already feel so much more positive. I think this support came at the perfect time for me and you have made quite difficult things to face very easy, being so supportive and creating a safe space to be challenging too."

Let's talk

No pressure, no pitch. A free call is a bit like a mental fitness audit: we look at what's holding you back, where your strengths are, and what a sensible next step could be.
