For as long as I can remember, two things have shaped my life: a hunger to do work that matters, and a harsh inner critic telling me it's still not enough. This work is personal, and it's what I want to help you do too, whatever "the work" looks like for you.
I've spent over two decades working at the intersection of education, sustainability, and wellbeing, designing social action programmes across London, working in some of the most challenging school environments, and leading a global programme of events for the world's largest online student community.
I've since trained hundreds of people, from students to senior leaders, to build the mental strength to perform under pressure without burning out.
"What stands out about Sol's coaching is the space he creates for people to arrive exactly as they are. He asks questions that help me find my own clarity, rather than handing out answers. He doesn't sit on a pedestal."
Marc Convey
"Sol has this wonderful ability to create a calm, supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and heard. His skilled facilitation and genuine curiosity helped me explore mindfulness practices in ways that felt both meaningful and accessible."
Eleanor Gibson, Tilt
"It's rare to find a space that holds both vulnerability and momentum, where you can slow down, share half-formed ideas, and feel truly supported. I joined out of curiosity, now I'd be lost without it."
Vivien Underwood, Change:Maker Collective
This work started with my own inner critic. It has been with me for as long as I can remember, and learning to work alongside it, rather than fight it, is what finally made the difference.
Everything I teach comes from that experience, and from training hundreds of people since, so it's grounded in what genuinely helps in full, busy lives rather than in theory.
No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest conversation about what you're dealing with, and whether I'm the right person to help.
